Orders

All orders are subject to Crooked Creek's acceptance.
Fax orders are considered originals and will be processed.
Telephone or FAX orders requiring custom attention must be confirmed in writing.
The customer shall provide a generalized layout. Handwritten lists of names will not be accepted.

Samples

Pre-production samples will be billed as the cost of the product & appropriate set-up.

Shipping

Freight and handling charges are combined and invoiced F.O.B. Indiana, PA.
FREIGHT CLAIMS are legally the responsibility of our customers. Crooked Creek is not responsible for transit damages. No claims will be honored after 5 days from date of receipt.
Exact quantity ordered will be exact quantity shipped.
Standard production time for lasered items will be 2 weeks from the time the order/layouts are approved.
Rush orders are subject to approval and additional production charges.
Customer provided layout/copy not received to allow normal production times will result in rush charges.
